"This is an update to my previous post from years ago. Today, August 13, 2025, I called in to add a new vehicle I purchased and cancel insurance on a different vehicle. As always, Kevin Bailey's office handled everything perfectly! I had a 10 minute phone call with Kenzie. She answered all my questions, gave me the details of both quotes I requested and emailed my new Insurance ID Cards immediately! Very professional, courteous, efficient, and a pleasure to speak with. Thank you Kenzie! Previous post from 2018: This is by far the best State Farm agency in Morgan Hill! Kevin is absolutely wonderful. During my first office meeting with Kevin he listened to all my questions and concerns, then took the time to address each and every one...in detail! After our meeting I felt like I had known him for years. Kevin, as well as everyone in his office, are great! Their customer service is superior! Several months after Ken Fels retired I was ready to leave State Farm, despite having been with our local office for 36 years. Thank goodness for Kevin Bailey and staff! As long as his office is here, I will continue to remain a loyal State Farm member!"
